Diaper Lovers

Although technically these are two different fetishes, they are similar enough to be combined. I'll begin with Diaper Lovers, often just referred to as DL's. These people enjoy wearing nappies/diapers which can either be of standard Terry Towelling, or disposables. The main part of the fetish for them is the freedom of being able to wet themselves at anytime, and anywhere without anyone else knowing what they are doing. Under normal circumstances they will also wear plastic pants over the nappy/diaper so that any leakage is contained. Many will wear their diapers (under plastic pants) from morning 'til night, and not bother to use the toilet during the day at all.

There are those who have got to enjoy this fetish because of genuine medical conditions where they have to wear diapers 24/7, in fact I have actually met one of these guys, and at first I felt sorry for him but after speaking to him and getting to know him better, he asssured me he was quite happy having to wear diapers and plastic pants and genuinely enjoyed it.

Once again it's a fetish enjoyed by both sexes and of any age, and in general terms is perfectly harmless and safe. The main point to watch for if wearing wet diapers for any length of time is 'nappy rash', this is irritation set up by the urine soaked material. Normally it's easily controlled with plenty of baby lotion applied to the skin prior to a days 'wetting'

Next are the Adult Babies, the majority of those involved with this fetish also like to wet in nappies/diapers, but also go the whole way and dress completely as babies. It's a form of age regression, and they really do act as babies whilst dressed accordingly. Many also enjoy having 'mummies/daddies' to feed them, change them, and generally care for them. Even to the point of putting them to bed in adult sized cots, and tucking them in for the night.

Those who enjoy this fetish often enjoy acting the opposite sex when dressing as Adult Babies; ie: men like to dress as little girls and vice versa.
